Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days across most locations in India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India (unless otherwise mentioned on the product page).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.
